Looking at life today and the consumers who lead it, it's not hard to see that everyone wants to be unique. This entails a strong trend - the customisation trend. On the one hand, it is a manifestation of the growing expectations of consumers, customers. But looking at it from the other side, it is definitely evidence of huge technological progress.
On the other hand, it is a return to the roots - after all, once upon a time every single item carried the 'handmade' label. Each one is different.
We cannot disagree with this statement. But should everyone receive a product that is perfectly tailored to them? Isn't this a definite abuse and is it sustainable?
