Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai

World Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, the biggest and most important economic and cultural event in the world, will be held from 13 April to 13 October 2025 in Japan.

This will be the third time Japan hosts this event. In 1970, Expo took place in Osaka, and in 2005 – in Aichi prefecture.

The site for the Expo is located in Yumeshima, an artificial island on the waterfront in Osaka. The organizers of Expo 2025 predict that 175 participants will take part in the exhibition, including 150 countries and 25 international organizations. The projected visitor count is approximately 28,2 million people.
