Lower Silesian Region Week

Lower Silesia at Expo 2025: Bolesławiec ceramics, Wrocław’s dwarfs, NFM concerts, and papermaking workshops.
Lead as part of Lower Silesian Voivodeship Week at the World Expo 2025 in Osaka, the region will present its rich cultural heritage through workshops, concerts, and artistic showcases.
From June 24 to 30, 2025, the Poland Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka will become a showcase for the culture of Lower Silesia. The program will include Bolesławiec ceramics workshops, where participants will learn the traditional stamping technique used to decorate hand-crafted pottery. The Museum of Papermaking from Duszniki-Zdrój will offer sessions on handmade paper production and origami, introducing visitors to the art of papermaking.
Guests will have the opportunity to explore the legends and stories of Wrocław’s dwarfs and view a unique presentation of a Wrocław dwarf sculpture decorated with a traditional Bolesławiec pattern. The week will be completed by concerts featuring artists from the National Forum of Music, showcasing the musical diversity of the region.
Lower Silesia Week is a unique opportunity to experience the cultural richness of a region that blends tradition with modernity while presenting its heritage on the international stage of Expo 2025.
