EU-Japan Healthcare Conference “United for saving lives”

The event, organized under the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, will focus on the latest developments in modern medicine. It will bring together European medical technology companies, research institutions, and Japanese partners interested in innovative healthcare solutions.

The main aim of the conference is to show several examples of cooperation between European and Japanese companies and research institutions with a special focus on the collaboration directed at the creation and development of new innovative technologies in the field of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. During the event we would like to give the floor to both – the researchers and companies representatives to discuss together about how academia and business can work together in order to improve people’s lives. Since we expect several representatives of European business and research community at our event, we would like also to include among presentations some offers of collaboration.
The event is co-organized in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tokyo, the Delegation of the European Union to Japan, the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation, the Osaka Prefectural Government, and the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED).
