In the years 2018-2020 he was the Deputy and then Director of the Department of Trade and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology, and then at the Ministry of Development. At that time, he was responsible for bilateral economic relations with EU countries and third countries, cooperation with international organizations (OECD, WHO, UNIDO), identification and elimination of trade barriers, trade policy as well as customs and protective measures. He represented Poland in the Trade Policy Committee at the European Council, he was also responsible for economic promotion in the international arena and foreign expansion of Polish enterprises, implementing the state's strategic activities defined in the Strategy for Responsible Development. She was the Deputy Commissioner General of the Polish Section of the International Exhibition Astana Expo 2017. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of International Economic and Political Relations and the Polish-French Program of European Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics - SCIENCE PO in the field of Communication, as well as completing postgraduate studies in agriculture at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. A graduate of postgraduate MBA studies at Kozminski University and from the American University in Dubai, where he graduated in Information Technology. Marta is a Polish language and literature teacher by profession. Combining her long-term teaching mission with the areas of culture and business, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience. For many years, while working for the Centre for the Development of Polish Education Abroad, she was sent to work as a teacher of the Polish language and Polish culture among the Polish community in Kazakhstan, where she carried out promotional activities to spread Polish culture, in cooperation with the diplomatic missions, educational, cultural and business institutions from around the world.
