Expo is a collaborative project. According to the slogan of the Exhibition "Connecting minds, creating the future", several dozen public and private entities are involved in preparing Poland to participate in Expo Dubai 2020.

    The Ministry of Science and Higher Education, in cooperation with the Copernicus Science Center and NAWA, will organize a week devoted to Polish science, correlated with the Polish Science Day at the exhibition. Participants will see, among other things, a mobile laboratory the "Naukobus" and a multimedia exhibition presenting the achievements of Polish science. The best Polish universities will be supported by NAWA at the GESS Fair, which is to be held in Dubai ,at the same time. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education has also declared financial support for activities related to the organization of internships for students of selected Polish universities involved in servicing the Polish Pavilion.

  • Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy


    The Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy(MFiPR) is participating in the preparations for Poland's participation in the World Exhibition Expo 2020 in Dubai, by actively engaging in work on the Program Concept, attending statute meetings and substantive consultations in the scope compliant with the competences of the Ministry. In particular, MFiPR is supporting the Expo 2020 Dubai Team, in the key element of Poland's presence at the World Exhibition, which is the economic program. Expo 2020 Dubai is also an opportunity to promote Poland as the organizer of the World City Forum, and thus the achievements of our country in the area of urban planning and urban policy.

  • The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development


    The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) has for many years been involved in the preparation of presentations at World and International Expo Exhibitions. PARP was responsible for the construction of the Polish pavilions and the organization of our country's participation in the Expo in Zaragoza (2008), Shanghai (2010), Milan (2015) and Astana (2017). Each time we try to ensure that Polish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) benefit from Poland’s presence at the Expos. It will be no different this time, during Expo 2020 in Dubai. PARP is a key partner of the economic program, coordinating, inter alia, the "Go to Brand" program, national stands at Dubai’s fairs, as part of the industry Promotion Programs - Arab Health in 2021 and 2022), Gitex (in 2020 and 2021) and Middle East Energy (in 2022), as well as economic missions and business meetings, in particular those that will accompany, the Poland-UAE Economic Forum.   • The National Center for Research and Development


    For the upcoming Expo, the National Center for Research and Development (NCBR) is offering a number of opportunities that will help enter the world of innovation. These include virtual walks around modern Polish laboratories, showing where and how groundbreaking projects are created. In addition, NCBR plans virtual information and business meetings with entrepreneurs who, with the support of NCBR, have implemented innovative projects, including those of particular interest to the inhabitants of the Middle East, such as those that can fight drought or ensuring the safety of airspace around airports. All the proposed activities will be accessible to people with disabilities.

  • ARP


    During Expo 2020, ARP plans to present its offer in the following sectors: offshore wind energy, the gaming market and space technologies. As part of our offer, we plan to implement the following activities: a virtual presentation of the different areas of ARP's activity, a presentation of information on the offshore sector in Poland and the space and gaming industry (two or three separate ones); as well as what ARP has to offer for journalists.

  • The Adam Mickiewicz Institute


    During the World Exhibition Expo 2020 in Dubai, the Adam Mickiewicz Institute will implement a program presenting Polish Culture, which will include interactive artistic and cultural events, presenting both the diversity of Polish culture and the creativity of Polish artists. The program will also include exhibitions with workshop elements, presenting areas of contemporary Polish architecture, Polish design and new technologies. Our presence in the Polish Pavilion will be inaugurated with an interactive exhibition referring to the figure of Stanisław Lem and his novel "Solaris". We will also present an exhibition built around the important role a table plays in family and Polish cultural life, as well as its role in Christmas tradition. At the end of our program and the entire Expo - there will be an exhibition devoted to Polish architectural thought.

  • GovTech


    GovTech Polska primarily supports, talented small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of IT. As part of our involvement in Expo 2020 Dubai, programs are being prepared that will allow the most talented creators to present their solutions to the international community at Expo. As part of the promotion of Polish ideas solutions, an international event related to the GovTech industry will be held.

  • Polska Space Agency
  • The Polish Tourist Organization


    The aim of the Polish Tourist Organization during EXPO, will be to promote Poland, by building a positive image of it as a destination for both tourists and business travelers, by presenting a wide, interesting and competitive offer for everyone arriving in Poland. In the years 2021-2022, the following activities are planned on the UAE market: an internet or social media campaign targeted at potential tourists, activities to show Poland as an attractive destination at the ATM fair in Dubai, and at industry events organized during EXPO 2020.

  • The Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship


    The leitmotif presented by the Lower Silesian Voivodeship during the EXPO 2020 World Exhibition will be water - an invaluable source of life. The exhibition being prepared by the Water Knowledge Center, Hydropolis, will broadly present this topic – which is inextricably linked with Lower Silesia. Because of, among other things, its capital - Wrocław, known as the "city of a hundred bridges". The Oder and many smaller rivers flow through Lower Silesia, and thanks to the numerous crossings, the city and the region remain accessible. The Lower Silesian Voivodeship in its territory has the largest number of classified health resorts/spas in Poland, including the oldest one, dating back to the 13th century - in Cieplice. Tourists are attracted by the healing springs. The region can also be proud of the Milicz Ponds, which are the largest complex of fish ponds in Europe, with an area covering 7,5000 hectares of water table. The reserve belongs to the prestigious group of “Living Lakes”. There is also plenty of water to be found in Lower Silesia, in non-standard editions, such as the colorful lakes in the Rudawy Landscape Park, which delight with their variety of colors, or the underground waterfall located in the Gold Mine in Złoty Stok. We encourage everyone to visit Lower Silesia and immerse themselves in the beauty and uniqueness of our region.

  • The Marshal's Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship


    At Expo 2020 in Dubai, we will show our region as a great place not only to admire the beauty of nature, relax actively, but also to enjoy the benefits of spa medicine. We will present our astronomical heritage by allowing visitors to observe the sky, and demonstrate our traditions - through folk dancing workshops and by offering them the chance to bake their own gingerbread . We are planning to organize an international hackathon to which we will invite students from our region and the Middle East. We are also planning to organize a trade mission, to among others, the Arab Health medical trade fair.

  • The Marshal's Office of the Silesian Voivodeship


    The Śląskie Voivodeship is unique in many respects. It was shaped on the basis of complex historical and social events. The shape, character and uniqueness of this region is due to, the imagination and creativity of the several generations inhabiting this area. One cannot talk about the Silesian Voivodeship in just one way, but in many ways. During Expo 2020 in Dubai, we will tell our story, by following the thread from which Koniaków lace makers create one of the flagship products of our region. Koniaków lace, will be the pretext to show the diversity, complexity and wealth of the Silesian Voivodeship and its inhabitants. The presentation of the region will be based on both traditional and modern elements, by highlighting the changes and showing it as "the region of the future". We plan to organizing a conference on economic issues, games and activities in the Children’s Zone, presentations of Silesian cuisine, fashion shows of Koniaków lace and other attractions, using multimedia and social media. We will closely cooperate with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the UAE and above all, with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and their Foreign Trade Office in Dubai.

  • The Marshal's Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship


    The Lubelskie Voivodeship’s participation in Expo 2020 in Dubai, is planned for the end of February 2022, during the Gulfood Fair. Our goal is to present the Lublin region, as a region with unique natural beauty as well as to present ourselves, as an innovative and dynamically developing center of learning. We want to promote the Voivodeship by showing its potential in terms of services related to medical tourism, as well as bring closer the traditions and breeding achievements of the Arabian horse stud in Janów Podlaski with its annual auction "Pride of Poland”. Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in handicraft, dance, culinary, and robotic workshops, as well as see stucco shows, and try their hand at learning the Polish language. The voivodeship's participation will be crowned with a hot air balloon display.

  • The Marshal's Office of the Lubuskie Voivodeship


    The purpose of the presence of the Lubuskie Voivodeship at the Expo in Dubai is to present the economic and tourist potential of our region on the international arena. Our trade mission, will enable direct business relations between Lubuskie SMEs with entrepreneurs from the UAE to be established. The achievements of companies from the Lubuskie region, on the Arab market, will be presented at a specially organized conference in the Polish Pavilion. Our mission foresees, meetings with institutions and organizations supporting entrepreneurship, such as the Polish Business Group, the PAIH Foreign Trade office in Dubai and the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, while the conference will be enriched by the participation of our leading players operating in the UAE.
    On the tourist front, with an area of over 100 m2, visitors will be able to stroll along the paths of the "Łuk Mużakowa" Landscape Park, which is to be found on the UNESCO heritage list, and listen to the sounds of birds in the “Warta Estuary National Park”.

  • The Marshal's Office of the Lódzkie Voivodship


    The leitmotif of the interactive presentation of the Lódzkie Voivodship will be the textile industry, in relation to the historical traditions of the region, right up to modern technologies in the field of creating fabrics, with the participation of companies and research centers located in the region. The exhibition will be accompanied by the promotion of the highest quality regional food products from Łódź, a trade seminar, an artistic program and workshops for both children and adults, with the participation of folk artists from the region.

  • The Marshal's Office of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship


    The Marshal's Office of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship is preparing a week- long presentation in the temporary exhibition zone of the Polish Pavilion, the theme will be that of of Ignacy Łukasiewicz and oil. An attractive narrative about the beginnings of oil extraction is planned, which will serve to present Poland as a precursor of the oil industry.

  • The Marshal's Office of Podlaskie Voivodeship


    The Marshal's Office of Podlaskie Voivodeship is preparing a week-long presentation in the temporary exhibition zone of the Polish Pavilion. The XYLOPOLIS 2020 exhibition in Dubai is a joint project between the Podlaskie Voivodeship Marshal's Office, the Białystok University of Technology, the Unitalent Foundation, the Ministry for Climate and the Institute of Environmental Protection. The aim of the partners is to create an image of the region as a place combining knowledge about all aspects of the natural raw material- wood, education in the field of management of environmentally important areas and investing in modern technologies that support the climate. The exhibition will be a prelude to the creation of the Wood Art and Science Center - XYLOPOLIS at the Białystok University of Technology.

  • The Marshal's Office of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship


    Participation in World Exhibitions gives countries and regions the opportunity to present their cultural, scientific and technological achievements and to show their natural wealth.
    The story about Poland would not be complete without Warmia and Masuria - a region with unique, unspoiled natural enviroment, the "Green Lungs of Poland", "the land of 1000 lakes". Our forests, lakes, rivers, open spaces and views are so different from those known to the inhabitants of the United Arab Emirates. We want to show visitors to the exhibition that Warmia and Masuria is an ecological, clean region, ideal for relaxing in and catching ones breath, but at the same time a place where modern, environmentally friendly technologies are being developed, a place that favors creative work, the implementation of ideas, perfect for living in and running a business. Participation in EXPO, is an opportunity for the region to establish direct contact with investors, building relationships with regional entrepreneurs and potential contractors.

  • The City of Łódź


    The City of Łódź Day at Expo in Dubai, scheduled for December 9, 2021, will be associated with EXPO2024ŁÓDŹPOLSKA-Nature of the City, which will be organized in the center of Poland, in a city with an extraordinary history, priceless post-industrial heritage and currently - major revitalization challenges. Which fits in perfectly with the moto of the Polish Pavilion in Dubai - "Creativity inspired by nature". Expo is a great opportunity to promote the City of Łódź and international cooperation. Visitors will be invited to participate in seminars, all-day events, workshops and artistic events in the Polish Pavilion, where urban plants and multimedia materials will be shown in the Gastronomy Zone. An important element of Łódź's presence in Dubai will be the participation of the President of the City of Łódź at the Polish-Emirate Economic Forum.

  • The Białystok Technical University


    The Białystok University of Technology is the oldest and largest technical university in north-eastern Poland. The knowledge and commitment of the University's experts in the field of wooden architecture and the ecosystems of the Primeval European forest, made it possible to prepare a temporary exhibition, together with, the Podlaskie Voivodeship Marshal's Office and the Institute of Environmental Protection, it’s title is Xylopolis 2020, and who were a great support in the construction of the modular and wooden structure of the entire Polish Pavilion in Dubai.
    In addition, students of the Bialystok University of Technology will be on hand to help with the temporary exhibitions during Expo 2020 as part of their work experience program.

  • The University of Łódz


    The University of Lódz, represented by the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, has declared the participation of 25 students who will be ready to help in the Polish Pavilion, thus completing their work experience program, in cooperation and for, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. A selected group of students, equipped with the appropriate knowledge of foreign languages and the skills needed to operate in an intercultural environment, will not only be a worthy representation of the University during EXPO-2020 but also of our country.
    We want to actively participate, both in terms of content and organization, in the events of the world of Science accompanying EXPO, including GEES. We are ready to get involved in promoting the broadly understood offer of Polish Science and education, which is to be promoted in the Polish Pavilion during this largest event in the Arab world. At the same time, as the University is an integral part of the city and the region, we are pleased to be involved in “Łódz Week”, which will be the ideal showcase, to promote the visitors from all over the world, the potential of the Łódz region.
